Predictions Gone WRONG…!

My expectation of Congress not coming to power again has gone completely wrong this time. YS Rajasekhar Reddy will rule Andhra Pradesh for 5 more years without any hurdles. He needed 148 seats (out of 294) to win and it’s pretty surprising (suspicious tooo) to see Congress winning in around 157 seats. The hype created for TDP after the elections was erased in no time with Telugu Desam party winning just over 100 seats.

Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam party have lost without any trace. PRP has got hardly 18 seats. Most surprising stuff about PRP is that they’ve almost won all the 3 seats in Vijayawada (lost Vijayawada Central by just 800 votes). Krishna district has seen the highest number of tight finishes with 8 constituencies resulting in 100 to 800 margin of victory.

I’ve lots and lots of concerns over these results…

* Will PRP have life after this defeat??? They should bring an immediate CHANGE within themselves and work for the society in the next 5 years to survive.

* TDP is surely losing it’s color and need an urgent revival from top to bottom.

* And, I don’t have the patience, guts to see this corrupted Congress ruling this state for the next 5 years. So scared of ruthless criminals like: YS Jagan, JC Diwakar Reddy, Bothsa, etc. Now, they have all the freedom and licence in this world to do whatever they want. They can kill their opponents, loot crores of public money, acquire acres of governmet land, stop the devolopment, etc. Ramoji Rao (Eenadu), Radha Krishna (Andhra Jyothi), Kodela Sivaprasad, etc will have to fight for their survival.

* Middle class people like us have always been the victims of these corrupted governments…. Poor people are benefiting a lot from Government schemes. People with power are enjoying their status and increasing their properties. But, we are living a stressful, insecured, financially depreciated lives. I can neither voice out the burning distress nor take this corrupted governance anymore!

  1. I agree that Congress is a corrupted one. But the names you have quoted don’t have any moral values and they do not maintain any great ethics. Ramojirao brought down the Journalism to a level of prostitution. Misfire of Bombs in Kodela’s residence, we did not forget. Just wait and see how Radhakrishna change his colors immediately. Why to this extent? Even our Nara hero lost his credbility by doing lot of gymmicks even before election dates. We did not forget how our Great Guru Narababu prompted us to run beind him with Neeru-Meeru, Janmabhoomi etc programs to avoid paying the minimum wages to the down trodden poor man. He was the person who prompted us to send the farmers being committed suicides to a psychiastrist. Such a draconian rule, state could never see. There were no rains during his regime. There were no happy moments for farmers, teachers, employees, common man. It was a heaven only for Nara and Nara only. Even NTR family was kept totally aside when he was in power. Nara proved several times to defy his own words. Off the latest is, the way he ditched TRS K.C.R.

Do you advocate for such a draconian, in human, opportunistic, self centered politician?

  2. As a middle class common man staying far off from these politics, I feel that probably this PRP has choosen a wrong path towards its destination. Our system is already rotten with caste politics which shall in no way help our country to progress for prosperity. I still do not understand how PRP’s another row of caste politics under the name of ‘Saamaajika Nyayam’ shall help them gain the power. We Indians are now matured enough to say enough is enough and PRP had seen results through recent mandate!

I hope atleast now PRP and its lead Chiru shall realize the bare necessities for this nation’s development that are independent of caste, creed and religion and frame their working towards it. They also must leave aside their in-laws and brothers ‘Relationanl factors’ adopted from the great Congress cultures. Else they may remain as a history!
